Hi, I'm Megan.
I started MegFit Training because I believe everyone deserves a coach in their corner — someone who genuinely cares about your progress, not just your performance metrics. Fitness changed my life, and I want to help it change yours too.

My Story
I grew up playing sports but never really had a structured approach to training until my early twenties. When I discovered strength training, everything clicked — not just physically, but mentally. For the first time, I was working out because I loved what my body could do, not because of how it looked.
That shift in mindset is what led me to become a certified personal trainer. I wanted to share that feeling with other people — especially those who'd spent years in a difficult relationship with exercise. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not punishing.
Over the years I've worked with clients across all fitness levels — from absolute beginners who are nervous to step into a gym, to athletes looking to build sport-specific strength. What they all have in common is that they showed up, stayed consistent, and trusted the process. That's what I'm here to help you do.
